Since 1986, Mr. Forte has worked in investment consulting for private families, foundations, endowments, and public and private retirement plans. His primary responsibilities include working with clients in developing investment policy guidelines, asset allocation studies, investment management search and selection, and monitoring of plan returns.
Chris is a graduate of the University of Michigan (1985) with a degree in economics. He also graduated from the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) program in 1996. Additionally, he co- founded the Smiles for Children Foundation and served as the Chairman of the Business Committee for the Birmingham Community House. He was selected to the Prudential Securities Incorporated Advisory Council (now Wells Fargo). While at Wells, Chris was actively involved in the development of institutional money management policy within the firm. In 2012, Barron’s recognized Chris as one of America’s top Advisors.
Chris is a member of the Michigan Association of Public Employee Pension Systems (MAPERS), the Profit Sharing Council of America (PSA),and the Investment Management Counsulting Association (IMCA). He is currently a Board Member of Smiles for Children.
